Pocono does suck, Loudon is very technical and the conditions have been improving over the past couple years...although there is still some dangerous sections. Thanks again...I'll keep in touch

No problem man. Anytime. I heard Loudon isn't the greatest of tracks but Pocono downright blows. But unfortunately that was my home track being that it's only 40 minutes away from me. Check STT's schedule and let me know whenever you want to go.

No, I have only been to Pocono and Loudon. Thank you for the offer that is generous of you, but my tires are completely worn and I don't have the money for a new set. I may take you up on that offer at a different time though?!

Ever make it down to Jersey or Summit Point?

Also, I coach a number of trackdays with Sportbike Track Time down @ Monticello, NY. In fact I believe the next event is 7/23. Maybe you could make it down? I could see about getting you in on the cheap if you're interested.

I race in the Loudon Road Race Series, it's a CCS sanctioned event. Once a year the ASRA/CCS circus comes to the track on Fathers Day weekend for the Loudon Classic. I hope to race in it next year when I have my amateur license.

That's awesome that you fought back for first place! You race CCS? What region?

My second race I should have had 3rd place if it wasn't for my less than stellar launch. I was actually gaining ground on 3rd and 1st and 2nd weren't much further away than that. I had to take some chances and ride in the red alot in order to play catch up. After I started losing grip and slidin' around more than I like I decided to give up the fight and settle for 4th.

Congrats dude (J. Bugno)!!! I have the same issues...my race starts are borderline pathetic, started on pole and was seventh by turn one. Luckily, got my shit together and turned some quick laps and worked my way through the pack. Ended up finishing in first place Novice GTO...fourth overall out of twenty one finishers.

Did 2 events so far for 2010. Summit Point, 5/31 Race #1: Result 14th. Race #2: Result DNS.

NJMP Lightning, 6/27 Race #1 (Unlimited Supersport Am.): Result 5th. Race #2 (Unlimited GP Am.): Result 4th.

I need to work on my launches which right now seem to be the big factor in hindering my chances at a podium finish.

Racing in the Loudon Road Race Series in New Hampshire. Only did one race so far this year. Hope to attend the next (fifth) race of the year in a couple of weeks...having financial issues and the bike needs a new set of tires before I attempt to go out onto the track and be competitive. Need one more race in order to be promoted from novice to amateur...psyched!!!
