The parkway for relaxed take in the scenery ride.
181 (my fav) for the long sweeping curves up a 4 lane mountain that tightens up near the top.
Shady Valley, TN for uber tight turns but the cops have been all over the mountain this year.
A trip to Deals Gap (the dragon) is doable and I have only run it once and it was a blast.
Any more gems in NC?

Your right about those roads!!! Fantastic...........I"m from Ky and get to the Gap a couple times a year with the R-1 guys and the TRex group............I love to stay at Fontana Villiage and burn the Gap and Skyway with bunch of screaming machines.........That place is sportbike heaven.............
